How do I generate a floor plan?
After creating an account and subscribing, go to your Projects dashboard and click "New Project". You can then choose from three generation modes: Sketch Your Layout (place rooms on a canvas), Describe Your Dream Home (natural language), or Quick Generate (simple room list).
Can I edit the generated floor plans?
Yes! After generation, you can open any variant in our built-in editor to make adjustments. You can also export floor plans in multiple formats for further editing in professional software.
Are the AI-generated floor plans accurate?
Our AI generates conceptual floor plans intended as a starting point for design exploration. These are not construction documents. Always have a licensed architect or engineer review and verify any designs before construction or permitting.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription from the Projects dashboard by clicking on "Subscription" in the menu. From there, you can cancel or modify your plan. Please review our Refund Policy for details on cancellations.
What export formats are available?
You can export floor plans in multiple formats including PNG, SVG, and PDF. The editor also supports exporting to formats compatible with professional CAD software.
What are generation batches and chat iterations?
Generation batches: Each time you generate floor plans, you receive a batch of 10 different variants. Usage limits are tracked at the account level and reset each billing month (e.g., Basic plan: 10 batches/month, Pro: 25/month, Premium: 50/month). Single Project purchasers receive lifetime allotments that do not reset.
Chat iterations: After generating floor plans, you can use AI-powered chat to refine them. Each refinement counts as one chat iteration. Limits are per month across your account (e.g., Basic: 100/month, Pro: 250/month).
AI exterior stylings: You can generate exterior renderings of your floor plans. Monthly limits vary by plan (e.g., Basic: 4/month, Pro: 10/month, Premium: 20/month).
What happens when I reach my usage limits?
When you reach a limit (e.g., generation batches or chat iterations), you'll see a notification. You can still view and export your existing floor plans, but you won't be able to generate new variants or make additional AI refinements for that project.
To continue creating, you can start a new project (if your plan allows) or upgrade to a higher tier for more capacity. Enterprise plans offer unlimited usage across all features.
