1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to ProtohausAi LLC ("Company", "we", "our", "us") subscription plans and one-time purchases. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.
2. Subscription Plans
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 14 days and have not generated more than 3 floor plans, you may request a full refund. After 14 days or 3 generated floor plans, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may continue to use the service until the end of your subscription period.
2.3 Plan Changes
If you downgrade your subscription plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for downgrades within a billing period.
3. One-Time Purchases (Single Project)
Single Project purchases are non-refundable once you have generated any floor plans using the purchased credits. If you have not generated any floor plans, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
4. Payment Failures
Grace Period for Payment Issues
If your payment fails, we provide a 7-day grace period during which you can update your payment method. Your access will continue during this period. After the grace period, your access will be suspended until payment is resolved.
You can update your payment method at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Technical issues that prevented you from using the service
- Duplicate charges due to system errors
- Unauthorized transactions on your account
Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@protohausai.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Any relevant transaction or invoice numbers
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3-5 business days.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your account's subscription management page
- The Stripe billing portal (accessible from your account settings)
- Contacting our support team
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to all features until that date.
